Delete your Attuned account

What happens to your data

You can delete your Attuned account at any time — in the app, or by asking us here. Deletion removes your profile, onboarding answers, journal entries, check-ins, push tokens, any cycle or health data, and any AI memory built from what you shared.

Request account deletion

Use the email address on your account, so we can confirm it's you. We'll reply once it's done, within 30 days. See what we keep and why in our privacy policy.

  1. In the app

    Open Attuned and go to You, then Delete account.

  2. Confirm

    Type the email address on your account to confirm it's you.

  3. Seven days to change your mind

    Deletion runs seven days later. Until then, sign in and cancel from the You tab.

  4. Your partner

    Their own data stays theirs. Your couple link ends and they return to a solo account.
