Know what they needbefore they have to say it

Attuned learns each of you privately, then quietly helps your partner show up at the right moment. Try the check-in Maya does each evening — it's live.

Maya and Jordan are an example couple. Nothing you tap is sent.

Ten seconds from herone kind nudge for him

  1. Sunday, 8:42 pm

Maya checks in without explaining herself

She drags the tank to how full she is and taps what would help tonight. Levels in words — never scores, never streaks.

The Attuned check-in: How full is your tank, Maya? The tank is set to Running low, with Some space and Dinner handled selected.
  2. A second later

Attuned reflects it back, and shows exactly what crosses

She feels heard first. Then the privacy wall shows what stays with her and the one line Jordan may get — with a switch to stop it.

Attuned's reflection: Running low, and you'd like some space and dinner handled, with the privacy wall and the nudge Jordan may get.
  3. Monday, 5:30 pm

“Tonight’s a good night to take dinner”

Jordan gets one small, specific suggestion in Attuned's words. Never the reason. Never “from Maya.”

Tonight's nudge: exactly what Jordan will see at 5:30 pm, sent from Attuned, never from Maya, and the private details that shaped it.
  4. Over the weeks

The timing gets better every month

Attuned notices the pattern — like the few days before her period — and times Jordan's nudges to land just ahead of them.

The Rhythm screen: five weeks of check-ins over cycle phases, with the note that her lowest evenings land in the days before her period.

Your partner never seeswhat you share

One Attuned per couple, with a hard wall between your two private spaces. Your words stay on your side. Only a short suggestion, in Attuned's words, ever crosses — and you see it first.

Stays with you

  • Journal
  • Cycle details
  • Talks with Attuned
  • Anything you write

Jordan may get, from Attuned

“Tonight's a good night to take dinner and keep plans light. No need to ask about it.”

Invite your partner: they never see your check-ins, journal or cycle, and they get occasional nudges from Attuned, never from you.

Five promises Attuned keeps in every screen

Everything else has its own quiet place

No feeds, no streaks, no scores. Just the few things that help.

Attuned's Rhythm screen: five weeks of check-ins as dots sized by energy over cycle-phase bands, with the note: your lowest evenings land in the few days before your period, both months.

Rhythm

Your weeks at a glance, with your cycle if you add it. Patterns in a sentence, never a score.

Attuned's Journal screen: a prompt card asking what did you need today that you didn't ask for, above Maya's recent entries. Only you can read your journal.

Journal

A gentle prompt when you want one. Only you can read it.

Attuned's Talk screen: Maya and Attuned agree to keep it small, and Attuned offers to nudge Jordan on Thursday to plan a slow evening and handle dinner.

Talk

Think something through with Attuned, and turn it into one small, well-timed nudge.

Set up in twenty minutes, then just ten seconds a day

  1. Attuned welcome screen: Say how you are in ten seconds.

    Start with your email

Each of you gets your own private space.

  2. An onboarding question: When a day is hard, what does it feel like, in your body and your mind?

    Tell Attuned about you

One question at a time, about hard days and what actually helps.

  3. The optional cycle step: Would it help if I understood your cycle? With what stays private and what it can shape.

Add your cycle, if you like

Optional. No cycle to track? Check-ins work on their own.

  4. Invite your partner screen with a pairing code. They never see your check-ins, journal or cycle.

    Invite your partner

A pairing code. They get their own space — and nothing of yours.

Is Attuned a therapy app?

No. Attuned isn't therapy. It's a private, everyday companion that helps you and your partner stay connected.

Instead of waiting until things feel off, it learns what matters to each of you through check-ins and journaling, then offers small, well-timed nudges that help you show up for each other.

What does it cost?

Attuned is free during the beta. We'll share pricing before the beta ends.

How does Attuned learn about me?

It starts with a guided, private conversation about how hard days feel and what helps. After that it learns from your check-ins and journal entries, so the nudges your partner gets become more personal over time.

Can my partner see what I share?

No. Your partner never sees your check-ins, journal entries, cycle details or conversations with Attuned.

Attuned uses what it learns to suggest small things your partner can do. Those suggestions come from Attuned, in its own words — never your words, and never "from you."

Do we both need the app?

Attuned works best with two, because it can support the relationship from both sides. One of you can still start alone for check-ins, journaling and your own rhythm, and invite your partner later.

Do I have to track my cycle?

No. Cycle tracking is optional, and not everyone has a cycle to track. Check-ins work on their own; you can add or remove your cycle at any time.
